-Be sure to include your full name, address, city, state, zip, and phone numbers. -Please ask any questions at this time. -Gift certificates may be used for dance instruction, to purchase fine art, or for special event tickets. -Also include the amount of the certificate ($35.00 minimum, $540.00 maximum).
