Ordering Instructions:
1. Send an email to creativityman@aol.com
 
Be sure to include your full name, address, city, state, zip, and phone numbers.
-Please ask any questions at this time.
-Gift certificates may be used for dance instruction, to purchase fine art, or for special event tickets.
-Also include the amount of the certificate ($35.00 minimum, $540.00 maximum).
2. Arnis will reply to you with answers to your questions and/or a "money request" from Paypal.
3. Make payment with check, credit/debit card, or Paypal acct. by following Paypal instructions. You do NOT need to have an Paypal account!
4. Once payment is processed, the certificate will be mailed to the address in the original email usually within 48 hours.
